Kenston Pension GmbH is a member of the “Bundesverband der Rechtsberater für betriebliche Altersversorgung und Zeitwertkonten e.V.” (BRBZ).
The BRBZ is the organizer of the professional seminar „Deutsche Lehr- und Praxisakademie zur betrieblichen Altersversorgung“.
The „Deutsche Lehr- und Praxisakademie zur betrieblichen Altersversorgung“ is the independent seminar, competence and training center of the BRBZ for all professional groups affected by solutions and implementations of occupational pension schemes.
The primary objective of the „Deutschen Lehr- und Praxisakademie zur betrieblichen Altersversorgung“ is to provide the consulting and business communities in question with the necessary technical “tools” in seminar units lasting several days to enable them to act as competent consultants in the complex areas of occupational pensions and working time accounts. In the course of three or two consecutive seminar days, all the main topics in the areas listed are presented in a scientific and application-oriented manner.
The three-day seminar series concludes with a written examination. Upon passing the exam, the following designations are awarded to the successful graduates:
Zertifizierter Fachexperte für betriebliche Altersversorgung (BRBZ e.V.).
In addition, from the moment the certification is obtained, the BRBZ certification logo and the aforementioned “certification designation” can be integrated into the company’s own marketing tools.
